ZenoVault provides zero-knowledge secrets management software and related services. Our services include:

  • ZenoVault secrets management platform
  • Kubernetes operator for secret synchronization
  • Multi-cloud secret synchronization
  • Technical documentation and support

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Properly secure and back up your encryption keys and shards

4. Zero-Knowledge Architecture Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • ZenoVault uses a zero-knowledge architecture where we cannot access your encrypted data
  • Loss of your root key shards will result in permanent loss of access to your secrets
  • You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your key shards and root tokens
  • We cannot recover your data if you lose your encryption keys

5. Intellectual Property

The ZenoVault name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Citium Software. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Citium Software and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citium Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of procurement of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Citium Software and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Citium Software is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
